Prior to transitioning into the law firm environment, Mr. Lalley served at Arthur Andersen as Partner-In-Charge of the Omaha office tax division and in the firm's Chicago headquarters as Director of Strategic Planning for the international tax practice. His client responsibilities included the delivery of tax services to public and privately held national and international companies.


In the legal industry, Mr. Lalley served as the Executive Director and Director of Administration at Debevoise & Plimpton (New York), Morgan Lewis & Bockius (Philadelphia), and Much Shelist (Chicago), and as a consultant to large- and mid-size law firms regarding general management, marketing, and strategic planning.


Mr. Lalley is an accomplished writer and public speaker. His areas of expertise include the development and execution of strategic business plans; change, consensus building, project and financial management; business development/strategic marketing; branding; and recruiting, training, and performance evaluation.


Mr. Lalley received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Joseph's University-Philadelphia and became a CPA after studying accounting and economics at Temple University. He is recognized for his keen sense of humor and ability to use it strategically. Additionally, Mr. Lalley credits his liberal arts background for his success as an effective manager and forward-looking thinker.
